Digital marketing career roadmap

A digital marketer plans and runs campaigns across search, social media and paid ads, then reports honestly on what worked. It is one of the most common ways into online work in Pakistan, both in jobs and freelancing.

This roadmap follows the order we teach: foundations, search, paid and social, then measuring and scaling. At the end it shows where to go if you want to specialise in SEO.

What the work pays: the entry figure we sourced is Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000 a month in Faisalabad, read on 30 September 2026. Source More on Digital Marketing careers in Pakistan.

Questions

How do I get my first client or job?

Build proof first. Grow a page, run a small campaign for a local business, or write an audit of a website, and present the result with numbers you can show.

Should I specialise early?

Learn the whole roadmap first so you understand how the channels fit together, then specialise in the part you are best at and enjoy most.

How this route was put together: Assembled from the published BvLogic curricula and, where a course is mapped to a NAVTTC national standard, from that standard's own competency list. It is not employer research: no employer in the pipeline has been researched for skill demand yet, and until that happens this list says what we teach a junior to do, not what a named company has told us it wants.
