All fees paid to BvLogic Academy are non-refundable.

What this covers

Admission, registration, tuition and instalment payments for any programme, on campus or online, once paid, are not refunded. This applies whether or not you attend, complete the programme, change your mind, or are removed from a course under the Terms of Service.

Before you pay

You can find out whether a subject suits you without paying: lesson one of every free course is open to everyone, the career test is free, and an advisor will answer your questions in writing. Each programme page publishes its syllabus before anyone pays.

Free courses

Free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

A payment you think is wrong

If you believe an amount was charged in error, for example a payment recorded twice, contact the accounts office with your receipt and we will check your fee account.
