These terms apply when you use bvlogic.academy, take a free course, or enrol on a BvLogic Academy programme. By using the site or enrolling you agree to them.

1. The academy

BvLogic Academy is operated by Birdview Logic (Private) Limited, Faisalabad. It teaches at its Faisalabad campus and live online.

2. Free courses

Free courses cost nothing. Lesson one can be read without an account; the rest needs a free BvLogic ID.
A certificate is issued when every lesson is complete and each lesson's check is passed.
Free courses are introductory learning activities, provided as they are, and may be updated or withdrawn.

3. Programmes and admission

A place on a paid programme is confirmed when the academy accepts your application and the payment required to start is received.
Timetables, trainers and course content can change; we tell enrolled students before a change takes effect.
Fees, payment and refunds are set out in Fees and Payment and the Refund Policy. Fees are non-refundable.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give accurate information when you apply; a certificate or letter issued on false details can be withdrawn.

5. Conduct

Treat trainers, staff and other learners with respect, online and on campus. Submit your own work. Harassment, cheating, sharing another person's work as your own, or misusing the academy's systems can lead to removal from a course without a refund.

6. Certificates and what they mean

A BvLogic certificate or completion letter confirms completion of a BvLogic course. It is not a degree, diploma, licence or government qualification unless a programme page explicitly says so and names the awarding body. See Accreditation and Recognition.

7. No guarantee of employment or income

BvLogic Academy does not guarantee employment, an income, freelance work or a timeframe for any of them.

8. Course content

Lessons, videos, labs and other materials belong to BvLogic Academy or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning; you may not copy, sell or republish them.

9. Limits

The site and courses are provided with reasonable care but without any promise that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the academy is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or a course.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
