- Your Google Business Profile. Claim and verify it, choose a specific primary category, complete every field, use your real business name and keep hours accurate.
- Reviews. Ask every customer at the moment they are pleased, never buy or write reviews, and reply calmly to every one, good or bad.
- Your website and local content. A real page per service and area you serve, your name, address and phone on every page, a map, local business markup and genuinely local content.
