Projects
Two things are called a project here and they are kept apart: the funded training programmes the academy runs, and the work a student builds and a trainer signs off.
Funded training projects
- Punjab Skills Development Fund: PSDF, 95 seats, from June 2026 to September 2026.
- NAVTTC: NAVTTC.
Evidence: From the academy's own records. Each project is entered with its funding body and dates; the contract is on file, shown on request.
Verified student projects
A student project appears here once a trainer has signed it against its acceptance criteria and the student chose to show it. None is on show yet.
The project bank
Every brief produces something a stranger can look at, and a trainer signs it against acceptance criteria fixed before the student starts. These are the briefs students build from.
AI and automation
- Automate a business process end to end (Intermediate, about 26 hours). Two systems that do not talk to each other, made to talk, and kept working when one of them fails.
- Build an AI assistant that admits what it does not know (Intermediate, about 30 hours). A chatbot answering from one organisation's own documents, and refusing everything else.
Cloud
- Ship an application with a pipeline nobody has to babysit (Intermediate, about 40 hours). Take an application you already wrote, containerise it, and get it deploying to the cloud automatically on every push.
Commerce
- Get a product ranking on a marketplace (Intermediate, about 20 hours). Research, list, measure — on Amazon or Daraz, with real numbers.
- Launch a store that takes a real order (Foundation, about 22 hours). Live, with payment and delivery that work in Pakistan.
Data and analytics
- Automate a manual Excel workflow (Foundation, about 18 hours). Take a job somebody does by hand every week and make it take a minute.
- Build a dashboard somebody makes a decision from (Intermediate, about 28 hours). Not a page of charts. One question, answered well enough to act on.
- Answer a real question with real data (Intermediate, about 30 hours). A written analysis that states its own limits.
Design
- Cut a video that holds attention (Foundation, about 16 hours). Ninety seconds that somebody watches to the end.
- Build a brand a business can actually use (Foundation, about 24 hours). Logo, palette, type and the rules — delivered as files somebody else can work with.
- Redesign a screen people actually fail at (Intermediate, about 26 hours). Watch real people fail, change it, watch them succeed.
Freelance
- Win and deliver one paid piece of work (Intermediate, about 20 hours). A real client, a real invoice, a real delivery.
Digital marketing
- Build a month of content that a person can run (Foundation, about 18 hours). Not thirty posts. A system that produces thirty posts.
- Audit a real site and fix what you find (Foundation, about 20 hours). Findings, then the fixes, then the evidence the fixes worked.
- Run a real campaign with real money (Intermediate, about 26 hours). A small budget, spent, measured and accounted for.
Networks and security
- Design and prove a small office network (Intermediate, about 24 hours). A network that works, documented well enough for somebody else to run it.
- Run an authorised security assessment (Advanced, about 32 hours). A written assessment of a system you have explicit permission to test, with findings somebody can act on.
Web development
- Build a WordPress site a client can edit (Foundation, about 22 hours). A site the owner can update without calling you, which is the part most students skip.
- Build a website for a small business (Foundation, about 25 hours). A five-page site for a real small business, live on a real domain.
- Build a working database application (Intermediate, about 45 hours). A real application with authentication, validation and a database behind it.
