Read what each lesson covers
- The audience nobody can take away. Platforms control your reach; an email list is yours. It still outperforms most channels and works best for B2B, education and considered purchases.
- Building a list properly. Never buy a list. Offer something specific in return, ask at the right moment, ask for as little as possible and confirm with double opt-in.
- Emails people open and read. A specific subject line, deliberate preview text, writing to one person, the point in the first two lines and one goal per email.
- Automation and segmentation. Segment by purchase, place and engagement, then automate the welcome sequence, abandoned-cart reminders and post-purchase emails.
- Deliverability and the numbers. Authenticate your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm up new domains, honour unsubscribes, and judge by clicks and revenue, since opens are no longer reliable.
Who this course is for
- Businesses that rely on social media reach and want an audience they own.
- Marketers in B2B, education and services where email is still the norm.
- Online sellers who lose customers after the first order.
