Read what each lesson covers
- Planning a lesson in ten minutes. Name the topic, the class's real level, the time, the board (Federal, Punjab, Sindh, Cambridge or Aga Khan), prior knowledge and what the room lacks, then edit the plan as a teacher.
- Making material: worksheets, questions and examples. Graded question banks with a separate answer key, one worksheet at three levels, and word problems set in places your students know, with every answer checked before printing.
- Marking and feedback. Expand your own one-line judgement into feedback a student can use. Never hand over the grade, and never paste identifiable student work into an unapproved tool.
- When students use it. Detectors give false positives, most often for second-language writers, so change the assessment instead: in-class drafts, oral explanations and process over product.
- What to keep doing yourself. Knowing your students, your own subject reading, the judgement in assessment and the relationship, which is where the saved hours should go.
