Read what each lesson covers
- What AI actually is, and what it is not. Ordinary software follows rules a person wrote; AI works out the rules from examples. That one difference explains its strengths and its weaknesses.
- Machine learning explained without maths. Give a system five hundred past cases and it finds the patterns that mattered. More good data usually beats a cleverer method, and wrong records teach a wrong pattern confidently.
- Generative AI: text, images and code. A text model predicts what comes next, again and again. It produces what is plausible, not what is true, and it does not know what it does not know.
- Where AI is already working in Pakistan. Customer conversations, sorting and routing, writing and translation, document handling and design drafts: repetitive, high-volume work that survives a human check.
- What AI gets wrong, and why it matters. Invented facts, confident nonsense in your specialism, inherited bias and missing recent knowledge. Verify anything you would be embarrassed to get wrong, and treat a smooth answer as a draft, not evidence.
- Jobs AI creates, changes and replaces. Look at tasks, not job titles: repetitive, reviewable tasks shrink, while judgement, presence and accountability remain. New roles connect AI to real business processes.
- Choosing your path from here. Three honest routes: use AI in the work you already do, build AI automations for businesses, or study machine learning properly, which needs mathematics and is not a three-month career.
