Read what each lesson covers
- Where it helps and where it must not be trusted. Use it for language, structure and explanation, never for arithmetic or as the source of a figure. Tax rates and thresholds change, and it states outdated ones confidently.
- Spreadsheets and reconciliation. Formulas from a plain description, explanations of inherited workbooks and help structuring a reconciliation, always checked against rows you verify by hand.
- Reporting and communication. Variance explanations, report narrative, explaining a treatment to a non-accountant, difficult emails and meeting preparation, with every figure checked against your working papers.
- Confidentiality and professional obligations. Client data is confidential by professional duty: approved tools only, identifying details removed, engagement letters read for AI clauses, and clients told when AI touches their work.
