Read what each lesson covers
- The privacy line comes first. Nothing that identifies a patient goes into an unapproved tool, and removing the name is not enough when the remaining details still identify someone.
- Appointments and the front desk. Reminder and rescheduling templates in Urdu and English, written answers to the questions reception hears forty times a day, and patient information in plain language.
- Notes and documentation. Scribing tools need approval for health data and real patient consent. Structuring your own notes and drafting referrals is lower risk, and the clinician remains responsible for every word.
- What AI must not do in a clinic. It does not diagnose, set dosage, replace clinical judgement, talk to patients about their condition unsupervised, or handle emergencies. Any automated message system opens with an emergency instruction.
- Introducing it to a practice. Start with one administrative task, write the one-page rules before choosing tools, name the approved tools, train staff on failure modes and review every few months.
