Read what each lesson covers
- Why this one is different. Where the integration is enabled it can see your own documents, sheets, email and files, which saves the copying. What you get depends on your account type and your organisation's settings.
- Documents and writing. Drafting from a four-part brief, rewriting what you wrote, asking specific questions of long documents, adjusting tone and translating between English and Urdu, all checked before use.
- Spreadsheets and data. Formulas from a description, explanations of inherited formulas and cleaning suggestions. Check results on rows you can verify, because arithmetic is not its strength.
- Research and email. It can search and cite, but a citation does not prove the claim, so open the sources. Email is faster when it can already see the thread.
- Rolling it out in an organisation. Write the policy first, check the admin settings, name the approved accounts and plans, train staff on their own tasks, and watch for work sent out unchecked.
