Read what each lesson covers
- Your first conversation. A free account is enough. Type as you would to a knowledgeable colleague, in English or Roman Urdu, and build on the conversation instead of starting over each time.
- Why the same question gives different answers. It composes an answer rather than looking one up, so answers vary. It is not a search engine; ask an important factual question twice, and if the answers contradict, it does not know.
- Giving context: the single biggest improvement. Say who it is for, the situation, the tone, and the length and language; add a role, an example or the source material, and results improve more than from anything else in the course.
- Real tasks: CVs, emails, summaries, study notes. CVs tailored to a job advert, difficult messages, summaries of long documents and study help, each edited so it sounds like you and checked against the original.
- When it makes things up, and how to catch it. It invents local facts, names, figures and references. Ask whether it could possibly know, ask again in a new chat, and verify anything you will act on.
- Privacy: what never to paste. Treat it as a public place: never paste other people's data, passwords, bank details or confidential work. The test is whether you would put it in an email to a stranger.
