Read what each lesson covers
- Where the margin actually is. Count the full unit cost, including inspection, duty, storage, fees, returns, advertising and write-offs, and aim for a margin that survives a bad quarter. Recalculate every quarter.
- Sourcing, and controlling what arrives. Change something from the generic product using the one- and two-star reviews, sample three suppliers, write a specification, inspect before shipping, keep a second supplier and register the brand.
- Ranking, and the launch that earns it. Put buyers' keywords in the title first, use images that answer objections, and launch with advertising, budgeting for an unprofitable launch period. Never buy reviews.
- Inventory and cash, which is the real constraint. Work from a reorder point with real lead times, plan the fourth quarter from mid-year, and grow at the rate cash allows: profitable on paper and out of money is how good sellers fail.
- Account health, and running it from here. Watch dispatch, defect and cancellation metrics, keep documents ready, use your own account, entity and bank route rather than a borrowed one, and add a second channel.
Who this course is for
- Amazon sellers who have launched and now need margin, sourcing and stock to hold up.
- Learners who have finished Amazon Selling Basics and want the operating side.
