Two weeks of content and one small campaign, measured

The situation

A real business — yours, a family shop, or one you would like as a client — gets its first planned fortnight of social content, one small paid campaign with a written prediction, an enquiry playbook that turns "price?" into a sale, and a monthly report with real numbers in it. Batching, prediction and measurement are the habits; the posts are only the evidence.

What you'll be able to show

  • Define what a result is for one business and where the sale actually closes
  • Plan and batch-produce eight posts by type
  • Run a small campaign against a written prediction and judge it honestly
  • Answer enquiries with a playbook that does not discount

What you need

  • The business's Facebook and Instagram pages (or new ones)
  • A phone camera and one session for filming
  • Rs 1,000–3,000 of ad budget, or a fully planned campaign if no budget exists
  • WhatsApp Business

Tasks

  1. 1What a result is
Write, for the business: what a result actually is (enquiries, orders, bookings), which two platforms its buyers genuinely use, and where the sale closes. If the answer to the last is WhatsApp, say so — it decides where the effort goes.
A correct result: Three answers, each one sentence.
  2. 2Eight posts, one filming session
Plan eight posts for two weeks, labelled educate / show / prove / sell, each with its hook line and its next step. Film or photograph the material for all eight in ONE session.
A correct result: A plan table of eight rows and the raw material for all of them, dated the same day.
  3. 3The campaign, predicted first
Set up one campaign: correct objective, a specific local audience, two creative variations. Before it runs, write what you predict a result will cost. Run it four days.
A correct result: The campaign settings, the written prediction, and four days of results.
  4. 4Judge it
Write the actual cost per result next to your prediction, which creative won, and what you would change. If there was no budget, do the same with the planned numbers and say so.
A correct result: Prediction vs actual on one line, and two changes.
  5. 5The enquiry playbook
Write the exact first reply to "price?", one qualifying question, the concrete next-step line, the follow-up message, and the answer to "it's too expensive" that does not discount. Set up WhatsApp Business: catalogue, three quick replies, labels, away message.
A correct result: Five scripted messages and a WhatsApp Business screenshot showing the catalogue and quick replies.
  6. 6The monthly report
Fill in the one-page report template with the seven metrics for a real month — even a tiny one. Add the question "where did you hear about us?" to the business's order process today.
A correct result: A filled report and proof the question is now asked (a screenshot of the form or script).
