Tell us what you need
“We need 10 junior Python developers, Lahore or remote, starting in January.” That is the whole brief. We match it against what our graduates can actually evidence — not against a stack of CVs.
67 people have completed a course with us, and none has yet published a Skill Passport and marked themselves open to work. We will not show you somebody who has not agreed to be shown, so today we would come back to you with nobody. Send the request anyway — a stated need is exactly what we take to our graduates, and it is a great deal more persuasive than us asking them in the abstract.

What you get, and what you do not
What a match tells you
- Skills, at a level. Taught, practised, assessed or verified — never a self-declared list. Each one traces to a course completed or work signed off.
- Verified projects. A trainer checked a real artefact against criteria fixed before the student began. This is the part worth reading.
- Assessment marks where the graduate has them.
- Availability — when they can start and where they can work.
- What they are missing against your list, named. We would rather show you a near miss and let you decide than quietly filter it out.
What we will not do
- Show you anyone who has not consented. A graduate appears only if they published their passport and marked themselves open to work. There is no override and no premium tier that unlocks one.
- Hand over phone numbers or emails. Introductions run through us, with the graduate's agreement.
- Return an instant candidate list to a web form. A person reads your request. That is slower and it is the reason this is not a scrapeable directory.
- Pad the list. If we have two people who fit, you get two.
